  1. Sub-Processors

Aegiss engages certain third-party "Sub-Processors" to provide the Services (e.g., cloud hosting providers). Aegiss ensures that all Sub-Processors are bound by data protection terms at least as restrictive as those in the MSA. A current list of Sub-Processors is available to the Customer upon request.

As Aegiss is based in the United Kingdom, any transfer of personal data outside the UK or the EEA will be conducted in accordance with applicable UK GDPR requirements (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).

Aegiss retains Service Data for the duration of the Term. Upon termination, Aegiss will delete or return Service Data in accordance with Section 3.4 of the MSA, except for anonymized data which may be retained indefinitely for model improvement.
